Rights, permissions, & collaboration

Ownership.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all PHARMAICY modules, code (including underlying logic and module behavior), website content, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and documentation (together, “PHARMAICY Materials”) are owned by PHARMAICY and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws worldwide. Copyright protection is generally automatic and does not require registration in most countries.

No free license.

No license or rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise, except the limited, revocable right to access and use the site and PHARMAICY Materials for their intended purpose.

You may not, without prior written permission, do any of the following (to the maximum extent permitted by law):

Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercialize any PHARMAICY Materials.

​

• Modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, or rehost/mirror any PHARMAICY Materials.

​

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to extract source code, underlying ideas, module parameters, or system behavior, or bypass technical restrictions. (Nothing here is intended to limit non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.)

• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated means to extract data, outputs, or module behavior at scale, or to build or train competing systems from PHARMAICY Materials.

• Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.

Third-party components.

Some components may be offered under separate third-party or open-source licenses. Those licenses apply only to the relevant components and do not grant any rights to PHARMAICY Materials as a whole.
